This is an automotive-focused Instagram account. It was created in 2020 in order to practice blogging, photography, and professional social media management. It has become successful over the years, gaining over 3,900 followers with a 5 to 1 follower to following ratio.
As the co-founder of Car Curious, an automotive-focused YouTube channel my friend and I formed in 2022, I was involved in the writing process, filming, photography, and social media promotion for our first cinematographic car review. This review was on the 2001-2007 Volvo XC70, a sleek station wagon with an overlanding twist. It has received over 22,000 views so far.
Historical Exhibit
An online historical exhibit that details the Alcohol Prohibition Era in Virginia. Creating this exhibition required extensive research with both primary and secondary sources. This exhibit covers how prohibition emerged in our state, explains the subsequent growth of crime and bootlegging, and more.
Don’t Die in the Waiting Room of the Future
As a History Major, my most ambitious project at University was writing this 30-page research paper. This task necessitated thorough research with archives and books for primary and secondary sources. Don’t Die in the Waiting Room of the Future explores how the East German Punks played a role in the downfall of the Communist GDR regime in the 1980s, culminating in the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989.
After Effects Project
For this project, I was supplied more stock footage and used Adobe After Effects in order to create, animate, voice-over, and edit together a short advertisement.
ATV Music Video
This video uses same stock footage from the Bakery Narrative and After Effects Project to construct a new theme and narrative. I wrote, edited, color-graded, and used Adobe Audacity for sound editing with the voice-over.
Here's a music video from 2020 that I wrote, filmed, and edited. It's about about going for an ATV adventure. The song chosen was also edited to fit the 2 minute runtime.

Volvo XC70 Review
Balkan Dancers Story
An interactive story on the Barcroft Balkan Dancers, a local group of folk dancers who are making a difference in my community. I interviewed club members and leaders, edited one of these interviews into a short podcast-style video, photographed their dancing events and cultural attires, wrote a feature story, created a slideshow and infographic, and designed a website to tie everything together.
The Creation of Passage
This is my feature story on the creation of Passage, an award-winning GMU student film. I also shot on-set photography for this film, edited these photos to be used in my article, and interviewed the director, producer, and various crew members.
Bakery Edit
Creating this video required taking a random collection of stock footage, photography, and music and then editing it all into a narrative. Color grading was also used in the creation of this video.
